2. Independent Entity Status

We are absolutely not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any local, state, or federal government agency, including but not limited to county clerk offices, tax assessors, registries of deeds, or municipal planning boards. The design, branding, and functionality of our site are not intended to impersonate any official government portal. You acknowledge that you are using a third-party aggregator to access public information that is otherwise available via official government channels, often at a different cost or via different manual methods.

3. Data Accuracy and "As Is" Provision

4. Prohibited Uses

Any unauthorized use of our branding or site assets will be met with immediate legal cease-and-desist actions.

6. Links To Other Web Sites

You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted in a location to be reasonably determined based on jurisdictional standard practices.
